Refund & exchange policy.

Our policy covers a period of 14 days.

When 14 days have passed by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Before sending back the product(s) back, a valid and acceptable reason must be given as to why said product needs to be exchanged or refunded.

Authorisation will then be given to send a product back for our consideration.

To be eligible for a refund/exchange, the product must be unopened with the safety seal unbroken, tincture still attached to the dropper and product packaging/labelling in the new condition it was received in.

Only in case will you be able to return it to receive a partial refund or exchange.

Except in the instance where a product arrives not in its original condition, we may consider an exception at our discretion.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim. Unika Hemp holds the final say in all matters relating to refunds or claims.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

The buyer will be responsible for paying shipping costs in returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in all instances, except at our discretion (i.e. damaged stock).

You should strongly consider using tracking with your shipping service (we suggest registered/trackable Australia Post) and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item for processing.

*To complete a return, we also require original proof of purchase emails or invoices.

*In some cases, a refund or partial refund may be negotiable outside of said parameters depending on circumstance, for example:
– An item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery, due to exceptional circumstances.
*Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded, unless in exceptional circumstances and at our sole approval.
